About Tokyo Xtreme Racer
Tokyo Xtreme Racer is a racing and RPG game, made by Genki Co., Ltd.. It came out on 24 Sep 2025. You can play it single player. It works fully with a controller.
What Tokyo Xtreme Racer needs
In plain words: to play at all it needs an entry-level graphics card, and to play it well the makers suggest a decent mid-range graphics card, with 16GB of memory.
| Part | Minimum | Recommended |
|---|---|---|
| Graphics card | NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1050 Ti(VRAM 4GB) or AMD Radeon™ RX 580 | NVIDIA® GeForce® RTX 3060(VRAM 8GB) or AMD Radeon™ RX 6700 |
| Processor | Intel® Core™ i7-7700 or Intel Core i5-8400 or AMD Ryzen™ 5 1600X or AMD Ryzen™ 7 1700 | Intel® Core™ i7-13700 or AMD Ryzen™ 9 7900X or AMD Ryzen™ 7 7700X |
| Memory (RAM) | 16 GB RAM | 16 GB RAM |

Will my computer play Tokyo Xtreme Racer?
On most computers we find the graphics card for you. Add your processor and memory, and we will tell you if it plays, and what to upgrade if not.
A low-spec PC or a high-spec PC?
For this game the gap between the minimum and the recommended spec is big, so a better PC makes a very noticeable difference.
On a PC that only just meets the minimum, the game will start and play, but on low settings: simpler shadows and textures, shorter view distances and fewer frames each second, so fast moments can feel less smooth. A 1080p screen is the sensible match.
On a PC that meets or beats the recommended spec, you can turn the settings up: sharper textures, proper shadows and lighting, more detail in the distance, and a smoother picture. A stronger PC also lets you use a sharper 1440p or high-refresh screen.
Our PCs that meet the recommended spec
These should play Tokyo Xtreme Racer well. Cheapest first.

Questions about Tokyo Xtreme Racer on PC
What graphics card do I need for Tokyo Xtreme Racer?
The makers say the minimum is NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1050 Ti(VRAM 4GB) or AMD Radeon™ RX 580, and they recommend NVIDIA® GeForce® RTX 3060(VRAM 8GB) or AMD Radeon™ RX 6700. In plain words: a decent mid-range graphics card for a good experience.
How much memory (RAM) does Tokyo Xtreme Racer need?
At least 16GB, and 16GB is recommended. 16GB is the sensible amount for a gaming PC today.
Is Tokyo Xtreme Racer multiplayer?
It is mainly a single-player game.
Can a gaming PC from Sandbox Computers run Tokyo Xtreme Racer?
Yes. 94 of our PCs meet the recommended spec, from £949. They are built and tested in Worcester.
How we match: we compare the graphics card and the memory in each PC with the makers' spec, because those decide most of how a game runs. For very new or demanding games, ask us and we will check the processor too. More help: graphics cards explained, how much RAM, which screen.
